What Makes Blogs Great?

This is my first time to have my own blog, and I am learning something every time I post a

new one. In my class which I have been writing this blog for, there are many great bloggers and today, I would like to talk about things make a blog interesting. As looking at other people's blogs, I realized that including visual stuff such as images, videos, and

graphes keeps readers entertained and makes them want to read more. Moreover if those visual materials are related to the topic which the blogger is talking about, it helps the readers understand the point he or she is trying to make.

Also, I noticed that it was also important to make each post informative with something that gives readers ideas about topics. I tend to jump into the topic that I want to talk about; for example, when I talked about different leadership theories, I just started talking about it without any introduction. I found it helpful if the post includes some sort of introductory portion about the topic.

Finally, another thing many of my classmate do and I do not is sharing personal information like pictures of themselves or simply talking about themselves, such as things they like to do or their favorite hair salon. They make your blog unique. I realized that I uploaded only one picture of myself talked, and I have not shared much personal information. From now on, I will keep these things in my mind and try to improve my blog!

Besides looking at my classmates' I found some good websites for making blogs good.
